Yes – your points will expire after 12 months from the date they were earned. To make the most of your rewards, be sure to use them before they expire

No, once a voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be converted back into points. We recommend only redeeming your points when you’re ready to use the voucher.

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the return is processed.
