How does your subscription service work?

To subscribe to our service simply visit the product page of the product you would like to receive a subscription of, select subscribe and save, select which frequency you would like (this varies depending on product type), add product to bag and checkout.

Once you have placed your order, your product will be shipped to you automatically according to the frequency you have selected.

Is there a minimum commitment to your subscription service?

No, there is no minimum commitment, you can pause or cancel your subscription at anytime. To do so, simply visit your account page here.

What are the benefits of having a subscription?

Subscribers will save 15% on all products they create a subscription to. On top of that they will never risk running out of their favourite OSKIA products!

How can I make changes to my subscription details?

All subscription details can be managed in your account. You can access your account here.

I live outside the UK, can I still sign up to receive a subscription on OSKIA products?

We ship to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey and the US.

If you live in one of the countries mentioned, you can sign up to to our subscription service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any other territories not mentioned in the list above.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my subscription?

If you live in the UK, shipping is free on all subscriptions. However, for all other territories shipping is determined at checkout. For more information please visit our Shipping Policy here.

Which products are included in the subscription service?

We offer subscriptions on all full sized products and refills. Our travel sizes, sets and tools & accessories are exempt from our subscription service.
