How To Purify Your Skincare Routine

The skin plays a crucial role in the cleansing process, thus in addition to changing our diet to help our bodies to naturally detoxify from the inside, we should also take care of our skin from the outside through a few small changes in our skincare routines.


1) Exfoliate at least once a week (twice a week for mature or drier skin types).
