Christmas Delivery Timings and Office Opening Dates

Christmas Delivery Times:
We know how important it is for Christmas orders to make it to their destination before the big day, and we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure that happens. However, we don’t control the weather, and sometimes courier companies talk about “Guaranteed Delivery” but then can’t reach their destinations due to snow or ice, and there’s not much we can do about it. So wherever possible, please give us as much delivery time as possible, but the below timings are the best indication we can give of when we need to receive your orders to ensure – to the best of our abilities - that Christmas deliveries arrive before Christmas:

Express UK Delivery: 12pm Wednesday 19nd December
Standard UK Delivery: 12pm Monday 17th December
Express European Delivery: 12pm Monday 17th December
Standard European Delivery: 12pm Friday 17th December
Worldwide Delivery: Unable to guarantee Christmas delivery, but we suggest ordering by 12pm on Wednesday 13th December

OSKIA Office and Factory Holiday Opening
After a fantastically busy first year, we believe all the OSKIA staff are due a good holiday over Christmas and the New Year. Our factory therefore will be closed from 4pm on Friday 21 December until Wednesday 2 January. That means that no orders will be processed during that period. Orders received will be delivered from the factory on Thursday 3rd January, regardless of delivery options requested.

The OSKIA London office will be closed for the same period, although we will be checking emails regularly and will do our best to reply to enquiries in a timely manner.
