DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMING
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (Royal Mail) will take approximately 3 – 5 working days. This may take longer if your order is being delivered to locations outside the UK and Europe.
EXPRESS DELIVERY is a guaranteed next day service. No Express Delivery service is offered to locations outside the UK and Europe.
Guaranteed next day means the next working day. For example, orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday. To guarantee your Oskia products arrive the next day, please place your order by 1pm (GMT) Monday – Thursday.
Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Last orders on Friday will need to be made before 10am for delivery on Saturday.
Some orders will qualify for free delivery. Please see below for the qualifying order amounts.

Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we've passed them on to any national postal service other than Royal Mail. We use Royal Mail for Standard Deliveries within the UK.
