Thomasina was winner of BBC 2's MasterChef in 2005 and has since co-presented Channel 4’s WILD GOURMETS and A COOK'S TOUR OF SPAIN as well as writing books, COOKS and WILD GOURMETS.
She has also opened, with Mark Selby, three award-winning 'Wahaca' restaurants in London serving real Mexican market food. A very busy girl, Thomasina also writes regularly for THE SUNDAY TIMES, THE FINANCIAL TIMES and WAITROSE FOOD ILLUSTRATED. Thomasina's first Mexican cookbook is being published in March by Hodder & Smith.
In her free time she supports local market, rifle shoots and dances.
